Set on the beautiful shoreline of Canoe Cove, the Leadership Lodge at RockRidge Canyon required a foundation solution that balanced technical performance with deep respect for its awe-inspiring natural setting. Oktö Design & Construction delivered the concrete foundations for this lakeside facility, executing forming, reinforcing, and concrete placement in a remote environment with challenging access and variable site conditions. Foundation geometry and elevations were carefully coordinated to follow the natural topography, preserve views to the water, and integrate seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The completed Leadership Lodge rises confidently from the terrain and serves as a lasting anchor for RockRidge Canyon’s leadership programs.
